This privacy policy is issued and maintained by AURA VESTUARIOS E ACESSORIOS LTDA, a limited liability company enrolled with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service under CNPJ 65.847.933/0001-64, with registered office at Avenida Vautier, 383, Sala 2, Canindé, Sao Paulo, SP, 03032-000, Brazil. The same legal entity operates the retail storefront under the trade name "Aura Vestuarios e Acessorios" and owns the domain auravestuarios.online. There is no separate controller, joint controller, agency or licensee acting on our behalf regarding this website.
2. What information we collect
We only collect information that is necessary to answer a message or to complete a purchase you initiate with us:
- Contact details you enter into the form on our website (name, email, message content).
- Details you share with us by email or telephone when reaching out to the shop.
- Basic access data automatically recorded by the hosting service (IP address, browser type, timestamp), used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not run behavioral profiling and we do not build audience segments from visitor data.
3. Why we collect it
The information is used only to reply to your inquiry, to prepare an order you asked us to prepare, to keep the storefront's records for tax and accounting purposes as required under Brazilian law, and to keep the website reasonably secure. It is not used for any purpose that you did not initiate.
